Job Description

  • Act as an interface between central teams (Business Management, Governance, Finance, Operational Risk Management) and technology teams.
  • Design and maintain processes for headcount, resource, and vendor management (including invoice processing).
  • Track operational risk, audit progress, application status, and organizational best practices.
  • Build reports and manage financial support functions for the CTO.
  • Collaborate with functional and development managers on resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with business resources to address project, program, and audit information needs.
  • Manage daily interactions across all organizational levels for:
  • Resource changes, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests for executive meetings, presentations, and corporate communications.
  • Capture and report key project metrics for executive-level reporting.
  • Manage financial forecasts vs. actuals and resource plans.
  • Oversee resource management (hiring requests, approvals, onboarding, mandatory training tracking).
  • Manage vendor relationships (forecasting, SOW run-rates, invoices, contractors).
  • Ensure compliance and operational risk management (mandatory training, governance alignment).
  • Work with PMs to develop forecasts (resources, budgets) and coordinate globally distributed teams.
