MEP Construction Super, multifamily

MEP, (mechanical, electrical, Plumbing) Construction Super: building new out of ground multifamily residential buildings in Jersey City areas.

Working for a TOP GC / Builder.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track
• Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
• Manage and mentor junior MEP staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
