Senior Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Superintendent will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and project flow.

• MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTING LARGE-SCALE RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT COMPLEXES FROM THE GROUND UP.

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate activities among various trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize construction management software to facilitate communication among team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project plans.
• Implement effective strategies for resource allocation and workforce management on-site.
• Maintain documentation related to project , change orders, and progress reports.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Proficiency in construction management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for project scheduling and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus.
• Ability to identify potential issues on-site and implement proactive solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams in a construction setting.
