Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide full-time, on-site oversight during General Contractor operations for the Bath Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Ideal candidate has a four-year degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and at least 3 years’ CM experience, OSHA 30 certification, and strong knowledge of healthcare infrastructure projects.
Salary range $100,000–$120,000/year, with contract duration initially one year plus option
