GH Engage is partnering with a well-established real estate developer in Northern New Jersey to hire an experienced Project Manager for their residential multi-family, wood-frame construction team. You will own a ground-up project from procurement through close-out.
Requirements: BS in Construction Management or related field, 7–10 years PM experience on multi-family wood-frame builds, skilled with bids, trade scopes, A/E teams, concrete footings, and Procore/MS Project.
