Role Description The Superintendent is a full-time, on-site position based in New Jersey, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on construction projects. This role coordinates subcontractors and site personnel, ensures work is completed safely and in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards, and maintains project schedules. The Superintendent manages site logistics, conducts daily jobsite walks, and documents progress, issues, and inspections.

This position collaborates closely with project managers and owners to address field challenges, support cost-effective solutions, and keep stakeholders informed. The Superintendent is our front line of defense for enforcing safety policies and considers Health and Safety to be paramount to the success of each project.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in Northern New Jersey
• Assistant Superintendent
  - Minimum 2-3 years industry experience
• Superintendent
  - Minimum 5 years industry experience
• OSHA 30 hour safety certification (a plus)
• Pharmaceutical, manufacturing and healthcare project experience is a plus
