Position Overview

We are actively expanding and seeking motivated, client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Success Travel Advisor.

In this fully remote role, you will guide clients through planning and booking customized vacations — from tropical getaways and cruises to international adventures and curated travel experiences. Your primary focus is delivering exceptional client service while creating seamless, stress‑free travel experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, personalized service, and flexible income potential in the growing travel industry.

No prior travel experience is required. Comprehensive training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences
  • Research and coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Deliver personalized destination recommendations and travel insights
  • Manage end-to-end booking processes, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Provide proactive communication before, during, and after travel
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain accurate booking documentation and client records
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and exclusive offers
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service, sales, or client success experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible hiring region
