A leading nonprofit organization in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Program Director to manage youth programming at the Somerset Hills YMCA. This role involves overseeing Arts & Humanities, Scouting, and Camp Programs. Candidates should hold an Associate’s degree in education or Recreation and have 2-3 years of experience in youth programming. Strong administrative skills and flexibility with work hours are essential.

CPR/AED and First Aid certification is required within 30 days of hire.
