We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) while fostering a positive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth.

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
• Use data-driven instruction to monitor student progress
• Maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with grade-level and special education teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and school events
• Maintain accurate records and assessment data
• Communicate regularly with families
• Integrate educational technology effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard Elementary Certification (K–6)
• Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Master's degree in Education
• Dual certification (Special Education or ESL)
• Urban or charter school experience
• Experience with differentiated instruction and IEP implementation
