We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Teacher Assistant (Paraprofessional/ Instructional aide) to support classroom instruction and student success. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and passionate about working with children.

• Support the lead teacher with daily instructional activities
• Assist students individually and in small groups
• Help manage classroom behavior using positive strategies
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess
• Support students with diverse learning needs (including IEPs, if applicable)
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data collection

• High school diploma required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid New Jersey Substitute Credential or ability to obtain
• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Familiarity with classroom management techniques
• Experience supporting students with special needs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus
