Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) while fostering a positive classroom environment that supports academic and social‑emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned lessons
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
- Use data‑driven instruction to monitor student progress
- Maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with grade‑level and special education teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and school events
- Maintain accurate records and assessment data
- Communicate regularly with families
- Integrate educational technology effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard Elementary Certification (K
6) - Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Master's degree in Education
- Dual certification (Special Education or ESL)
- Urban or charter school experience
- Experience with differentiated instruction and IEP implementation
