Lead Elementary School Teacher

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring Lead Elementary School Teachers for the 2026/2027 School Year and Beyond! NJ DOE K-6 Certification is required. We have one Maternity Leave position left.

For the Maternity Leave, you will be covering a Maternity Leave for approximately five months. However, we can still offer you a full contract and you can transition into a Staff Sub when your teacher returns. CE/CEAS/Standard Certification is required. This most definitely can lead to a full-time teaching position.

Salary when Covering Leave: $68,500-$88,500

Salary when Staff Sub: $47,000-$57,000
