We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) while fostering a positive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons
- Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs
- Using data-driven instruction to monitor student progress
- Maintaining a structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with grade-level and special education teams
- Participating in IEP meetings, conferences, and school events
- Maintaining accurate records and assessment data
- Communicating regularly with families
- Integrating educational technology effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard Elementary Certification (K6)
- Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Master's degree in Education
- Dual certification (Special Education or ESL)
- Urban or charter school experience
- Experience with differentiated instruction and IEP implementation
