Empowerment Academy Charter School seeks a Second Grade Maternity Lead Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year and beyond. NJ DOE K-6 Certification is preferred; P-3 Certification may be considered. For the maternity leave, you will cover second grade for about five months.
We offer a full contract during the leave and a path to a staff substitute role when the teacher returns, with potential for a full-time teaching position based on performance and school needs.
