We are seeking 2dedicated and reliable Hallway/Lunchroom Monitorsto join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, structured, and respectful environment for our students throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise students in various areas of the school, including hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, learning center, and during field trips.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and coworkers.
- Monitor student hallway behavior to ensure a safe and respectful school environment.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Head of School.
- Ability to supervise and engage with students in a firm yet supportive manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to follow school policies, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Schedule aligned with the traditional school calendar.
- Supportive school community and collaborative work environment.
- Professional development opportunities during staff in-service days.
