Youth Dynamics is seeking summer staff to lead teens on wilderness adventures and connect experiences to faith lessons. You will work with seasoned staff to develop ministry programs, guide groups, and handle trip logistics in diverse locations across the Pacific Northwest.
Ideal candidates are 18+, with a heart for Jesus and youth, who are teachable, relational, physically capable of backcountry trips, and ready to raise personal support to cover ministry expenses and salary.
