Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Commit to the school’s values and mission, holding high expectations for each student.
• Take ownership of student achievement and learning progress, developing solutions and utilizing school resources.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with measurable goals within the school’s standards-aligned curriculum framework.
• Administer school-provided formative assessments regularly to target instruction to student needs.
• Model and communicate behaviors that support a high expectations culture and caring school climate.
• Apply school and classroom rules consistently, use preventive discipline, and supervise students effectively.
• Collaborate as a team member, participate in professional development, planning meetings, and professional learning communities.
• Work with special education and ELL staff to implement programs and comply with state and federal regulations.

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Possess a New Jersey Department of Education CE, CEAS, or Standard Certificate to teach English as a Second Language.
• Applicants without the required NJDOE certification cannot be hired.
• Experience is a plus.

• Salary range: $62,000-$82,000+
