Aftersales Engineer

• Quickly respond to customer fault reports, independently complete after-sales fault diagnosis and repair of AGV system hardware and software, and ensure equipment is restored to normal operation in a timely manner.
• Provide after-sales technical support for overseas projects, including online remote support and on-site emergency repair. When necessary, support on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of AGV systems to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Provide technical support, answer customer inquiries, and be able to write English training documents, including service reports, operation manuals, etc., as well as deliver operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent potential issues.
• Manage spare parts for the local branch office and coordinate with headquarters on local spare parts management.
• Collect customer feedback, propose product and service improvement suggestions, and provide on-site problem feedback.
• Ensure all operations comply with local safety standards and regulatory requirements.

1. A diploma or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with familiarity in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AGV systems. Technical knowledge in sensor applications and network communication is required, and experience in the warehousing automation industry is preferred.

2. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English is required, with additional foreign language skills (such as Spanish, German) being a plus. Those with relevant technical certifications (such as local electrician licenses, automation system certifications) are preferred.

3. Ability to write technical reports, service records, and operation manuals, and provide technical training and guidance to customers.

4. Ability to understand basic circuit diagrams and CAD drawings, and the ability to use instruments such as multimeters.

5. Strong communication skills, good team spirit, a sense of responsibility;

6. Ability to adapt to frequent international travel, work in different cultural backgrounds, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, collaborate with multinational teams, and coordinate problem-solving.
