  • Drive products through agency certification processes, including coordination with test facilities, on‑site test witnessing, and pre‑scan activities for standards such as EMI/EMC, FCC, CSA, shock/vibration, ATEX/Haz Loc (IEC 60079), and medical (IEC 60601)
  • Provide technical sales support in both pre‑ and post‑proposal phases, interfacing directly with customers to define requirements and communicate design solutions
  • Generate and maintain clear, comprehensive test reports, design documentation, and project tracking artifacts; manage multiple concurrent projects using project management tools
  • Travel approximately 10–20% domestically, with occasional international travel
Required Qualifications
  • 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in detailed PC or complex microprocessor system design
  • Proficiency in high‑speed computer system design (x86 and/or RISC architectures strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of DC/DC power supply design
  • Experience designing products through agency certification (EMI/EMC, FCC, CSA, shock/vibration, Haz Loc, or medical standards)
  • Strong technical writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce organized test reports and design documentation
  • Experience in fault and failure analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required to prepare technical documentation, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and certification agencies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience with medical device design and certification (IEC 60601)
  • Familiarity with x86 and/or ARM processor architectures
  • Basic software development experience for test automation, or familiarity with PC operating systems
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience (DOE)
