Platform architecture must offer standards, guidance, and support for the increasing number of enterprise modernization initiatives. This role is primarily focused on overseeing all aspects of on-premises efforts, including Compute & Storage Solutions, Observability, and the adoption of Zero-Trust principles.
This position will include the following responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for a solutions architect will have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a solution architect, network/system administrator, or cloud engineer (private/public).
- Proficiency in implementing security measures, access controls, and design.
- Experience in creating technical policies and standards.
A strong candidate will additionally have:
- Experience in leading technical projects.
- Extensive knowledge of products including Open Shift, Mainframe, VMWare, Dell, Net App, vBlock, Nutanix solutions. Cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft) are a plus.
