We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing production processes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring product quality and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support daily production activities.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (internships/co-op experience is acceptable).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
