Job DescriptionSummary:
This position will be a part of the Enterprise Search team with a focus on architecting, developing, and optimizing relevancy initiatives on Enterprise Search for the company web/cognitive chatbot platform which includes internal websites search, app search, data sources search & Microsoft products search
Responsibilities/Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
- Strong 5+ Years’ experience in implementing search solutions at enterprise level with the technologies such as Elastic Search( mandatory ), Lucid works Fusion/Solr, Mind Breeze, Bing, SOLR, Apache Lucene
- 5+ years developing or architecting with Elasticsearch in an Enterprise Search environment. mandatory
- 5+ years of development experience in crawling data sources, architecting new data ingestion pipeline, optimized query pipeline, adding new objects into search index mandatory
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of Elasticsearch mandatory
- Strong development experience in building fastest data search method for large volume data mandatory
- Strong development experience in Large Language Models. mandatory
- Experience in Google Generative AI is an added advantage
- Practical knowledge and application of machine learning and deep learning techniques mandatory
- Review search strategies, make recommendations, design, and implement solutions. mandatory
- Troubleshoot search and relevancy discrepancies. mandatory
- Development of Chat bots & Voice bots using AI & NLP for L1 Operations & LOBs.
- Working independently to contribute to a large team delivering Search, AI & ML solutions to the meet the needs of Executive management as well as the general employee population. Coordination with Offshore engineers & leads
