We're supporting a leading EPC energy client delivering major projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term project, contributing to the design and delivery of critical systems that support safe and efficient energy operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Telecom Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering telecommunications engineering across both the global design and detailed design phases of the project. You'll prepare telecom work packages, support installation and as-built activities, and ensure all deliverables comply with Equinor technical requirements and NORSOK standards. You'll also provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and act as Deputy Telecom Discipline Lead when required.

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, Associate Degree, or relevant vocational qualification in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Telecom Engineer.
• Experience delivering telecommunications engineering on projects within the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
• Strong knowledge of Equinor technical requirements and NORSOK standards.
• Experience with fibre optic systems, network design, and telecom cabling.
• Installation and commissioning experience.
• Ability to prepare telecom work packages and support as-built documentation.
• Experience with Pro Co Sys  and STID is advantageous.
• Ex Basic, Exi Basic, FSE, and Offshore Safety (GSK) certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Norwegian language skills are preferred.
