We’re looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our client's dynamic Finance Team in New Jersey. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in Payroll operations, then we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with company policies
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency
• Support year-end reporting, tax filings, and audit processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll
• Familiarity with payroll software
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
