Implement government price calculations and analysis of all required products and pricing data for all federal and state government programs.
Handle existing/prior quarter Medicaid invoices and submit payment package.
Accountable for resolution of data discrepancies and providing relevant documentation to government agencies.
Responsible for performing end-to-end calculations and initial analysis of government price calculations.
Confirm timely and accurate calculation of government prices based on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules, and reporting them to relevant government agencies.
Support Government Pricing Leader and GTN including updates/changes to department policies/procedures.
Review and analyze customer pricing, class of trade and transactional data for correct classification.
Perform calculation of statutory pricing requirements, as needed, and provide analysis on financial impact to Medicaid.
Processes quarterly Medicaid to include retrieving e-invoices or scanning mail invoices and loading invoices.
Identify and resolve disputes with Medicaid state representatives, submitting invoices for payment, and creating payment packages.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in Government Pricing is required
Attentive to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Strong Excel and Word skills are required, including government pricing software.
