Corporate Accounting Analyst

Our client, a high-growth private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Corporate Accounting Analyst to join their team! This role will support expense accounting, intercompany cost allocation, and corporate-level reconciliations across its fund platform.

• Review and approve corporate credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate entity allocation, GL coding, and adherence to internal policies
• Perform monthly reconciliations between the corporate travel and expense platform and the accounting system
• Prepare and manage quarterly GP reimbursement billback files, determining appropriate allocations across funds
• Support intercompany expense allocation and cost tracking across multiple entities
• Serve as a key point of contact for expense-related inquiries, including policy interpretation and reporting guidance
• Assist with corporate credit card administration, including applications, limit changes, and delinquency monitoring
• Analyze expense data to identify trends, potential misuse, and opportunities to strengthen controls and compliance
• Lead the migration from the current travel and expense management system to a new platform through full implementation by the end of 2026
• Contribute to ad hoc GP accounting and corporate accounting projects as needed

• 3–5+ years in accounting with hands-on work experience in T&E, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations and month-end close support
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel, Concur and Yardi
• Analytical with excellent communication skills
