Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Associate within the U.S. CFO Productivity & Efficiency group will support driving multiple U.S. strategic initiatives across the U.S. CFO organization.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and contribute to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Drive interactions with various groups across all lines of defense and streamline current processes.
  • Partner across functions—such as Regulatory Reporting, Controllers, Treasury, and FP&A—to identify the impact and support the adoption of each initiative.
  • Communicate key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Lead working group meetings with cross‑functional teams to deliver results, triage issues, and drive progress.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Provide thought leadership and work independently while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, specializing in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
  • Prior transformation project or large program experience (preferred).
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Independently run work streams, self‑starter and takes initiative.
  • Process‑oriented with great documentation skills.
  • Detail oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs.
  • Capability to manage complex business requirements and coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline‑driven environment.

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Prior transformation project or large program experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.

The good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $145,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;

and paid time‑off plan.
