The Role

As part of the firm’s organic growth strategy, we have an entry level opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to get in on the ground floor of a fast‑growing Fund Administration firm focusing on private credit, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.

Your Duties Will Include

As an Investor Services Associate, you will be responsible for performing investor onboarding and investor AML/KYC compliance. Highlights of the role include:

  • Daily communication with clients and investors pertaining to investor flows into and out of the alternative investments funds we administer.
  • Following investor on-boarding procedures to ensure compliance with Suntera’s AML/KYC practices.
  • Maintaining investor profiles in various databases and portals.
  • Managing internal workflows and client deadlines, with the goal of improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and minimize errors.
About You

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • AML/KYC compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities
