Pay Range:
$165,000 – $185,000 base salary

Location:
Middlesex County, NJ (Hybrid)

The Treasurer will serve as a key member of the organization’s financial leadership team, overseeing treasury management, financial strategy, cash flow planning, and long-term fiscal sustainability. This individual will ensure strong financial stewardship, compliance, and alignment with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.

• Oversee all treasury functions including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Monitor investment strategies and ensure prudent asset management
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Present financial reports and updates to senior leadership and the Board
• Oversee risk management and internal financial controls
• Support audit processes and maintain relationships with external auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Prior nonprofit experience strongly required
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
