• Prepare and review the Clean Energy US federal and state partnership income tax returns
• Support quarterly reporting to investors, including preparation of information in accordance with ASC
  740
• Assist with technical research and quantitative analysis for business and tax planning projects
• Support the forecasting and annual budgeting process related to clean energy grants and incentives
• Review and document transactions in various federal, state, and local tax areas

• 1-2 years of experience working on partnership tax with a national accounting firm or a multi-national corporate tax department
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax;
  Master’s degree/CPA is a plus
• Strong curiosity to learn and apply complex tax technical concepts with a business-first mindset
• Desire to develop partnership tax technical and compliance expertise
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

• Interest in supporting M&A and renewable investment transactions
• Experience with maintaining partner tax capital accounts and taxable income adjustments
