*** Group AD. - The Control Design and Monitoring function is a central BCO function responsible for developing and executing the entire first-line control testing and monitoring program.
- The BCO Control Testing and Monitoring role will support the establishment of control monitoring routines and conduct control testing to maintain a strong control environment across the Americas Division.
- The position requires effectively interacting with various Business Units to understand current processes and controls for testing and monitoring, and to help remediate any gaps/ findings.
- This position will help enhance the controls through process deep dives, root cause analysis, developing process maps and overall assistance with the design and execution of control effectiveness assessments.
