Senior Financial Analyst

The team thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and driving meaningful impact across the business. The team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team and provide insights that drive strategy and performance. This role will partner with business leaders, deliver accurate financial analysis, and support the company’s growth initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in their Summit, NJ office.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new initiatives, products, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Support special projects, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

• 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills; ERP/finance system experience a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
