Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst II to support regulatory reporting operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position will focus on preparing and reviewing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with SEC and CFTC regulations, and supporting reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and review regulatory reports in compliance with SEC & CFTC financial regulations and internal company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required filings to regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and validate reporting data
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to reporting processes as needed
• Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and reporting explanations
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls related to regulatory reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and accuracy
• Maintain strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the Broker Dealer industry
• Strong experience with:
• SEC Rule 15c3-1
• SEC Rule 15c3-3 Customer Reserve
• FCM regulatory reporting and CFTC filings
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Experience with regulatory reporting in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with financial reporting systems and reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and deadlines
