We are looking for Internal Contract Coordinator opportunity with a leading financial institution.
This role focuses on governance and compliance of intra-group contracts.
Responsibilities- Driving oversight of internal contracts and ensuring regulatory alignment
- Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance stakeholders
- Managing risk assessments, due diligence, and audit documentation
- Supporting framework evolution, reporting, and remediation initiatives
We are seeking professionals with 3+ years of corporate experience
, strong contract management expertise, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Power BI. Financial services background is a strong plus.
This position will be 3 days Onsite a Week in Jersey City, NJ office.
