OTC Collections Analyst

We're seeking an OTC Collections Analyst to support a large Ad Sales portfolio at a dynamic organization. This Temp role is based on-site in New York and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cash flow management and client relationships.

• Oversee a substantial receivables portfolio and actively pursue collections.
• Resolve discrepancies and follow up with customers through email and phone contact.
• Maintain detailed communication records and support customer account reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payment delays and provide forecasts.
• Prepare reports on aging, discrepancies, and cash status for leadership review.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain high attention to detail.
