MCA Underwriter And Pricer

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 base salary plus incentive structure

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-velocity MCA underwriter and pricer to join an aggressive, direct lending floor. This role is built for an analytical producer who excels at upfront scrubbing and real-time deal structuring. You will handle a high volume of top-of-funnel submissions, translating raw bank statements and credit data into competitive factor rates and deal terms with speed and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate 50 to 100 merchant cash advance submissions daily to rapidly triage viable funding opportunities.
• Take primary ownership of deal structuring, calculation of factor rates, and setting terms according to internal risk guidelines.
• Analyze cash flow trends, bank statements, credit reports, and public records to identify financial inconsistencies and fraud indicators.
• Maintain direct, fast-paced communication with ISO partners to deliver and negotiate deal terms effectively.
• Perform essential due diligence and background checks to prepare files for final deployment.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of core underwriting experience within a fast-paced merchant cash advance funding floor.
• Demonstrated tracking record of independent pricing and deal sizing, rather than relying solely on automated matrix systems.
• Exceptional speed and accuracy in scrubbing high-volume files with an emphasis on manual financial analysis.
• Strong communication instincts calibrated for a high-intensity, sales-driven floor environment.
• Background in mathematics, statistics, or a highly analytical business discipline is preferred.
