Our Crypto Operations team is the backbone behind our innovative crypto offerings, responsible for building and scaling operational processes from the ground up. We're seeking a forward-thinking Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist who will:

• Take ownership of critical custody and wallet operational functions as we advance from a simple product launch to a broader, more dynamic product suite.
• Leverage data-driven insights and Python-based tool/bot development to optimize wallet movements, settlement reliability, and on-chain operational health.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Security, Product, Compliance, and Finance to ensure our wallet operations are robust, secure, and customer-focused.
