The Role:

Sunbit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, FP&A to join our growing team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, providing strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the company.

What You’ll Own:

• Financial Strategy
  :
  Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with business goals. Provide strategic financial input and leadership to support decision-making at the executive level. Evaluate and recommend potential investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Financial Planning and Analysis
  :
  Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Conduct financial analysis and performance monitoring, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership to support business growth and profitability.
• Risk Management
  :
  Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Capital Management
  :
  Partner with colleagues across the finance department, including Capital Markets and Accounting, in connection with the development and execution of the company’s capital strategy, including debt and equity financings.
• Financial Reporting
  :
  Lead the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investor Relations (as needed):
  Prepare presentations and serve as a liaison with investors and financial institutions. Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy.
