Job Description Join a world-class team in Jersey City, as a Sr Financial Crime Crypto Compliance Specialist. In this position you will support and oversee Financial Crime Compliance operations within a regulated cryptocurrency and financial services environment, with responsibility for helping establish and scale a managed compliance operation. The role is client-facing and will operate in a player-coach capacity, overseeing daily activities across transaction monitoring, screening, and Travel Rule workflows while driving high-quality, scalable compliance execution.

The position also includes hands-on case support, close collaboration with offshore delivery teams, and leadership across quality assurance, operational oversight, and stakeholder management. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)
