Risk & Fraud Analyst

• Deliver outstanding player support on Risk & Fraud matters, including account issues, verification, and document reviews.
• Review alerts and player activity to detect and prevent fraud across our sports book and casino platforms.
• Conduct account due diligence using back-office tools to identify suspicious or unusual player behaviour.
• Investigate escalations from Payments, KYC, Customer Support, Compliance, and VIP teams.
• Monitor daily reports to spot and mitigate fraudulent or suspicious activity across player accounts.
• Analyze deposits, withdrawals, sports book wagering, casino play, and other account activity to identify potential risk and determine when additional verification is needed.
• Track and document accounts requiring reporting to state authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and player behaviour patterns, keeping Supervisors, Team Leads, and Managers informed.
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) case narratives and supporting documentation for Management review.
• Review and prepare weekly Compliance Reports for committee meetings.
• Escalate incidents, system issues, bugs, and process malfunctions that could impact player protection, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Salary Range: $54,000-$60,000 USD
