  • Drive commercialization and go-to-market, coordinating with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, pipeline creation, and client adoption.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Legal, Compliance/Risk, Operations, and Investments to deliver launches on schedule.
  • Conduct diligence for investment and partnership decisions, assessing strategic fit, product/technology, financials, risks, and integration considerations.
  • Develop and maintain ecosystem relationships with fintechs, venture capital, incubators, and industry forums to keep a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven negotiation and deal execution capability, including commercial structuring and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, effectively driving multiple concurrent work streams to outcomes.
  • A collaborative, ownership-oriented approach, with comfort operating in ambiguity and translating strategy into execution.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience building and commercializing payments and/or commerce solutions through external partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise payments needs (e.g., pay-ins, pay-outs, treasury flows, acceptance, ERP integrations, reconciliation).
  • Background in product partnerships, corporate development, strategy, or fintech business development, including operating within complex, regulated environments.
