As a Securities Processing Operations Specialist at our client, you'll be responsible for executing and overseeing securities processing activities, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and risk management. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor securities transactions, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement.
• Perform reconciliations of securities positions and cash balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the resolution of trade discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Monitor and assess operational risks related to securities processing activities and implement controls to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as trading desks, compliance, and finance teams, to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of securities transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in securities processing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in securities processing operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of securities products and financial markets.
