Senior Associate, Fund Finance

The Senior Associate, Fund Finance will own fund performance analysis, investor capital reporting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of real estate private equity funds. You will also have a direct hand in the process improvement and technology initiatives that support the firm's continued growth.

• Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages, including investor capital reporting.
• Coordinate all aspects of fund administration alongside external administrators and advisors.
• Manage fund sources and uses across multiple funds spanning both the investment period and value creation stages of the fund lifecycle.
• Measure results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, then bring the reasons behind the movement back to stakeholders.
• Track compliance with fund agreements and loan limitations, including covenants and related reporting.
• Deliver financial analysis and KPIs on an ongoing basis to senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators.
• Partner with teams across the firm to lead monthly and quarterly close and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate tax and regulatory filings, ensuring accurate and timely preparation for the funds.
• Implement technology and outsourced solutions that strengthen efficiency and controls.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all reporting and presentations.

• 3-8 years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance and accounting.
• Demonstrated background in FP&A, corporate finance, or real estate private equity roles.
• Experience with financial analysis and accounting principles, with real estate or private equity experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial KPIs, financial statements, and private equity fund structures.
• Advanced Excel along with familiarity with AI software and data visualization tools.
