• Direct all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Act as executive expert on Medicare rules, billing requirements, and CMS regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to analyze service line profitability and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Oversee internal controls, audit coordination, and risk management to safeguard assets.
• Optimize collections, reduce claim denials, and enhance cash flow.

• Bachelor in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• At least 5 years in a senior role within a hospital or healthcare environment
• Deep knowledge of Medicare reimbursement, CMS reporting, and healthcare revenue cycles
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to present financial insights to executive boards
