Experienced Hairstylist – Behind the Chair (Part-Time / Flexible / Community-Focused Salon)

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Are you a licensed NJ stylist who's already behind the chair and craving community, creativity, and flexibility without giving up your independence? We're looking for a local stylist with 2+ years of hands‑on salon experience who wants the best of both worlds — the freedom to maintain your own clients and the option to work with a collaborative, artist‑driven salon team on select days.

• Stylists currently working in a salon suite who miss community
• Stylists working at another salon but looking to spice it up

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology License
• 2+ years behind the chair (cut, color, styling)
• Must be currently taking clients
• Strong professionalism and client communication
• Passion for continued education and growth

• 47% Commission
