Location:

West Deptford, NJ (Salem County). The office serves clients on a per‑visit basis in territories throughout Salem County, NJ.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health‑care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, enabling them to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Feel confident, safe, and supported with PPE supplies, comprehensive infection prevention protocol, daily pre‑screens, and close monitoring of the COVID‑19 outbreak.

• At least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Meet all state requirements.

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Facilitate range of motion/exercise activities
• Assist with transfers or use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assist with oral feeding
• Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Manage home tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Assist with ambulation
• Assist with medication administration

$20.00–$25.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
