Registered Behavior Technician; RBT​/Behavior Technician

Pay: $20–$30 per hour.

Flexible schedule/ After‑school hours. Setting:
Home‑based cases / Clinic cases.

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment. Whether you’re already certified or working toward your RBT credential, we’ll help you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health.

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs created by a supervising BCBA.

• Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Following treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collecting and tracking session data
• Supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior
• Sharing progress with your clinical team

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
