Job OverviewThe Patient Care Technician functions under direct supervision of a professional nurse and assists the nursing team by gathering information, making observations about the patient’s condition, and carrying out specific duties to support nursing care.
Qualifications- High School Diploma
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Enrolled in a nursing program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomy Certified, EKG tech or equivalent
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Evening shift 3pm‑11pm
- Every other weekend required; weekly schedule varies by department needs
- Part‑time (20 hours)
- Mandatory orientation
Key duties may change as organizational needs evolve; employees should be prepared to assist with additional tasks as directed.
