Pathfinder Recovery & Health Systems delivers evidence-based addiction treatment for adults in Primary Substance Use Disorder PHP and IOP programs. We are looking for a licensed therapist to provide virtual individual and group therapy within our PHP and IOP programs. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with our Chief Clinical Officer and an experienced clinical team. Our AI-powered systems handle the administrative load so you can stay focused on therapy, not paperwork.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Deliver structured, client-centered care across PHP and IOP levels of care
• Use AI-supported electronic medical records and biometric-informed care tools to document efficiently and accurately
• Participate in case consultation and supervision with clinical leadership
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all client interactions

Required:

• Active Vermont licensure as an LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC, in good standing
• Experience in addiction counseling, preferably within PHP or IOP settings
• Comfort using electronic health records and integrating AI-supported tools into clinical work
• Strong documentation skills and adaptability to new systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying engaged with a team

$65.00 per hour. Part-time, 5 to 10 hours per week with opportunity for growth. Flexible scheduling.
