Legend Biotech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and engaging top talent to deliver positive business outcomes. This person will execute recruitment strategies in partnership with HRBP and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and proactively pipeline talent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing strategy through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management/negotiation, hiring, and onboarding.
- Execute talent sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of passive talent to meet current or anticipated needs.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross-functional teams to deliver talent, provide consultation, and improve efficiency.
- Educate business clients in interview techniques, assessment of applicants, and other best practices.
- Consult with Total Rewards to manage offer recommendations based on expectations and market trends, culminating in extending offers to candidates.
- Contribute to innovative attraction and engagement strategies.
- Participate in projects related to TA processes, systems/tools, procedures, and compliance.
- Support branding initiatives and university recruiting efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a recruiter.
- Experience recruiting in areas such as Research & Development, Clinical Development, Early Drug Development, Quality, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, or Medical Affairs is preferred.
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment and sourcing passive talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
- Ability to influence goals, objectives, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.
